I am a biologist by training, and a photographer by passion

I had a long research career working on natural products such as plant chemicals and animal venom proteins and in parallel photography has accompanied my academic work to illustate articles, presentations, books and press articles

​

I specialize in macrophotography and also enjoy other challenges in Nature photography when I work as photographer and videographer for research expeditions

​

I live on the French Riviera and see the world as my garden. I have travelled to many corners of the planet for work and pleasure from the rainforests of Borneo to the coral reefs of Polynesia
